INFORMATION FROM THE 2005 STATE GOLF OUTING! March 1, 2005 My Brothers, Hello from Indianapolis. St. Pius X Council #3433 was happy to host the 2005 State Knights of Columbus golf tournament. All seemed to enjoy the golf and comraderie at the St. Pius X Council #3433. The weather and temperatures cooperated for two days of very competitive golf. A special Saturday Mass was held for all members, and their guests at St. Pius X Parish, about 0.3 miles east of our host council on 71st St. Following the Mass, a prime rib dinner was served for all golfers and their guests at the Knights of Columbus #3433 Council. The dinner prizes were awarded, and all seemed to have a good time. On the Sunday after the Golf Outing, many came back to the council lounge to enjoy underpriced prime rib sandwiches, made from morsels of meat remaining from the dinner the night before.
